U.S. Flower Delivery Policies
Delivery Fee:
- A delivery fee of $9.95 will be added to each order, for each address. (For some rural areas there may be an additional delivery charge)
- Same day delivery is available for orders received by 12 noon in recipient's time zone Monday through Friday.
- Same day delivery is available for Saturday orders received by 10:00 am MST.
- Flower Deliveries will be made between 12:00 noon - 6:30 pm.
- Flower Deliveries to businesses will be made by 4:30 pm.
- During special holidays flowers may be deliverd during the evening, due to the amount of orders being delivered
- We are closed on Sundays and Holidays, there is no flower delivery these days.
Specific Times:
- We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee specific times, deliveries are normally made within a time frame of a few hours. During major holidays delivery hours are extended.
- If the recipient is not available to receive the delivery, the delivery person may leave the order at the door if it is safe and weather permits, or leave the delivery with a neighbour, or leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to call the flower shop to arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. As well, the florist may call first to arrange for the delivery.
- If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is a $10.00 address correction fee. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
- The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave flowers. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
- You may cancel an order prior to the delivery date. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been designed and are on delivery, or if delivery has been attempted and cannot be completed if recipient is unavailable. Orders that are placed with incorrect information (i.e. wrong address) that prevents direct delivery cannot be cancelled.
- We will make every attempt to fill the order as requested. However, due to the nature, seasonality and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. As well, if a specific container or other items are not available we will make a substitution of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the specific arrangement by the overall shape, size, style and colour combinations. If an order is for a single type of flower colour substitutions will be made only, for example, if white daisies are not available a substitution of another colour of daisies will be made.
- Some hospitals do not allow strong scented flowers (such as lilies), when ordering for hospital please choose arrangements that do not have a strong scent.
- Many hospitals do not allow latex balloons, therefore only mylar balloons may be sent with hospital orders.
Card Messages and Billing Information:
- The message that is written in the card message field will be the message that is sent with the order.
- Billing information is not sent with your order.
